TCM Clinic Assistant/Receptionist (Tampines)

Key responsibilities

• Accurately measure, dispense, and pack traditional Chinese herbal prescriptions according to physicians' orders.
• Operate herbal decoction machines/equipment to brew and bottle herbs safely and hygienically.
• Manage herbal inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain storage cleanliness.
• Warmly greet patients, manage registration, queue order, and appointment bookings (phone, WhatsApp, email).
• Handle patient inquiries with patience and professional care.
• Process daily checkout transactions, payment collection, and basic data entry.
• Process patient insurance claims, including verifying coverage, preparing and submitting claim documents, and following up on claim status and required supporting documents.
• Assist in driving sales targets through good patient follow-up and service excellence.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience or knowledge in TCM herbal dispensing and decoction is strictly required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with patients and read prescriptions.
• Cheerful, patient, neat, responsible, and service-oriented.
• Enthusiastic about promoting TCM health and wellness products/services.
• Able to retail hours
