Junior Exhibit Engineer
Responsibilities:
Interactives and ExhibitsExecution :
- Conceptualise the build of interactives and exhibits.
- Develop prototypes and work closely with design/productionteams on the manufacture of the final products.
- Document development process and review drawings,produce complete sets of design documentation.
- Assist in installation of exhibits, resolving problemsof design and installation when required. Participate in off-site installations, maintenance and de-installations.
- Ensure final product conforms to specifications, fitsinto budget and schedule.
- Consistently deliver high-quality exhibit engineeringacross a number of projects with minimum supervision.
- Design and fabricate basic tooling/fixtures formanufacturing.
- Keep abreast with advancements in fabricationtechnologies and innovative applications.
- Train and develop competencies of team members.
AudioVisual/IT :
- Conceptualise the connectivity build of AV Systems.
- Manage and oversee the on-site installation of AVsystems.
- Select the appropriate equipment based on the projectrequirements.
- Plan AV works to meet project deliverables.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics or similar.
- Demonstrative industrial knowledge and proficiency inmechanical components.
- Experience in handling AV/IT equipment and theirfunctions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and personal time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels.
- Excellent leadership skills, sense of value andefficiency as expressed in effectiveness of solutions, use of materials.
- Applicable skill in Arduino programming is a bonus.
