Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead factory operations, optimize production planning, and coordinate projects. You will manage daily manufacturing activities, supervise teams, uphold quality and safety standards, and drive production efficiency improvements. Responsibilities Lead daily factory and production operations to meet output targets and maintain workflow continuity Supervise production staff and subcontractors to ensure adherence to operational procedures and performance standards Coordinate project schedules across teams to achieve timely completion of manufacturing milestones Monitor product quality and enforce workplace safety standards to comply with regulations and reduce risks Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to align production goals and resolve issues Prepare detailed production reports and plan material requirements to support efficient manufacturing processes Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns
