Spaceshapers , a real estate developer in Zayed is looking to hire senior TA specialist that Sources, screens and hires candidates for all roles, especially sales positions.
Your tasks
Tasks & Duties
- Source candidates through referrals, job platforms (e.g. Wuzzuf), LinkedIn and agencies.
- Screen CVs and conduct first interviews.
- Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates.
- Update the recruitment tracker daily.
- Prepare offer letters and follow up until joining.
- Build a talent pipeline for recurring roles.
- Carry out any ad hoc tasks, projects or assignments requested by the direct manager (TA & PM Supervisor) or management, within the scope of the role.
- Prepare ad hoc reports, data or analyses when requested.
- Provide backup cover for colleagues during absence or peak periods when requested.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3+ years in recruitment; sales hiring preferred.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Organized and able to handle high volume
