Head Bar

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent; preferably in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bartending, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
3. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, bar operations, and beverage service standards.
4. Experienced in managing bar inventory, stock control, and beverage costs.
5. Able to lead, train, and supervise the bar team effectively.
6. Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
8. Responsible, disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.
9. Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
10. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
11. Good command of English is an advantage.
12. Experience in a KTV, lounge, nightclub, hotel, or similar entertainment venue is preferred.
13. Will be placed at PIK 2
