Finance Supervisor

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
3. Previous experience as a Finance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory position is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
5. Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash management.
6. Able to prepare and review monthly financial reports accurately and on time.
7. Knowledge of tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial controls.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
9. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
10. Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
11. Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate the finance team.
12. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate with other departments.
13. Willing to work according to operational requirements, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
