Account Payable & General Cashier

Requirements :

• Minimum D3/S1 Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Payable, Accounting, preferably in F&B or Hospitality.
• Familiar with AP process, invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Able to handle invoice, PO, receiving, and supporting documents accurately.
• Familiar with accounting software/POS system; experience with Quinos is an advantage.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and taxation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be place at PIK 2
