Job Summary

You will provide professional beauty treatments and excellent client service while managing appointments, maintaining treatment records, and supporting daily salon operations to ensure a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service to ensure positive experiences and satisfaction
• Schedule appointments and prepare treatment rooms to support smooth client flow
• Maintain accurate client treatment records for effective service tracking
• Apply product knowledge to address client inquiries and provide informed recommendations
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations to ensure a safe environment
• Provide professional aftercare advice to support client treatment outcomes
• Perform beauty treatments according to client needs and skin conditions
• Recommend appropriate treatments based on client assessment and skin analysis
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily salon operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of relevant beauty therapy experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and patient approach
• Availability to start work immediately or within short notice
