Customer Service Executive

Your tasks

You are expected to

• Liaise with Customer/s on Sales Order Entry.
• Liaise with factory and Supply Chain for Order Planning & Scheduling.
• Manage and co-ordinate shipments and invoices to customer
• Support Program group in various administrative role

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you are required to have the following:

• Minimum NTC/Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably having been in EMS manufacturing environment
• Experience basic planning/scheduling understanding
• Good knowledge in excel and communication skills.
