*Duties*
- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, following established recipes and quality standards
- Cook pizzas to perfection using commercial ovens, ensuring consistent texture and flavor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper sanitation procedures and food safety regulations
- Assist with food service by efficiently delivering hot, fresh pizzas to customers or servers
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
- Support meal preparation during busy hours to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant setting, preferably within the food industry or pizzeria environment
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards to prevent contamination and ensure quality
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and prep tools safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations in a fast-paced restaurant atmosphere
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure each pizza meets presentation and taste standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior experience with meal preparation or kitchen experience is highly desirable
