Quality Assurance Executive – Food Processing

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update product specifications

Provide accurate technical information and documents to customers upon request

Conduct supplier evaluation, request and review up-to-date documentation from suppliers

Manage the product and environmental testing

Investigate customer complaints, identify root cause and implement corrective and preventive action

Conduct daily on-site inspection to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety and quality protocols.

Carry out sensory evaluation

Assist in work instructions update and conducting staff training.

Assist in all internal and external audits

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by QA manager

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.

Proactive, willing to learn and good follow-up skills

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Able to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure

Work independently with minimal supervision
