Audio Visual System Technician (Technical Support Engineer)

Job Details

1. Responsible for providing technical and product information regarding audio and visual systems to the sales department, performing product demonstrations, and answering technical questions.
2. Assist the sales department in product selection, reviewing TOR to ensure project compliance and Spec Comply.
3. Able to design systems, design products, and provide Solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Conduct site visits to estimate installation costs for audio and visual systems, perform site measurements, and prepare BOQ for customer proposals.
5. Assist in technical troubleshooting, provide consultation, and offer after-sales service to customers.
6. Test imported products and prepare user manuals.

Qualifications: Male, age not exceeding 45 years. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer, or related fields. Able to conduct site assessments for audio and visual system installations. Ability to use Auto CaD and Visio will be specially considered. Good personality and interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with customers. Knowledge of English; able to speak and communicate/interact. Experience working in audio and visual systems will be specially considered. Able to drive and conduct site visits in other provinces, and able to travel abroad. Able to assist the sales department in product selection and reviewing TOR for project work. Able to assist in technical troubleshooting, provide consultation, and offer after-sales service to customers. Able to demonstrate products and answer technical questions, working alongside sales staff. Able to support technical and product information and design Solutions. Able to select products for system design and perform equipment SET UP proficiently.
