Quality Control Engineer

- Conduct quality inspections and required tests for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and work instructions across production lines.
- Record, analyze, and report quality inspection results.
- Identify and report Non-Conformities and participate in root cause analysis.
- Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness.
- Work closely with Production and other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in Internal Audits and follow up on audit findings.
- Support the investigation of customer complaints and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable quality standards.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mandatory.
- 0–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality standards.
- Good knowledge of ISO / GMP / HACCP is preferred.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail.
