Together with our dev team, you will develop and coordinate closely with our two Tech-Leads on technical decisions. No hierarchy theater, with real say in what you build.

Senior Developer / Senior Software Developer – Internal Platforms (m/w/d) C#/.NET What you do with us

• You further develop our internal systems. C#/.NET is our core; you modernize existing systems, build new ones, and use AI tools as an accelerator, not as a buzzword
• You connect systems that need to talk. APIs, interfaces, data flows with customers, suppliers, and partners
• You automate what can be automated. Custom developments, smart extensions of existing tools; where AI can provide meaningful support, we outsource tasks there
• You build instead of just planning. From whiteboard to deploy in days, not quarters

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience as a software developer with C#/.NET
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and scalable solutions
• Openness to AI, but also the ability to critically examine and correctly use AI results instead of adopting them unreflectively
• Ideally experience with Python, Docker, Azure DevOps, MS SQL, or Odoo
• Desire to work hands-on, take responsibility, and truly finish things – a doer instead of a talker
• Good English – development communication is conducted in English
