Purchasing Agent

A company in the Sharon area requires a Purchasing Agent. The role includes: responsibility for purchasing from suppliers abroad (the main part of the work) and in Israel. Receiving price quotes and negotiation, issuing purchase orders, working with customs brokers, entering orders into the computer. Responsibility for the company's inventory: receiving goods, issuing regular reports, inventory counts, and responsibility for the warehouse keeper; close working interface with accounting - checking supplier accounts, payments to suppliers. Job location: Kadima-Zoran • Work is Sunday-Thursday between the hours 8:00-17:00 • Employment terms for a full-time position: 13,500 ₪ • There is an option for flexibility in working hours - it is possible to work between the hours 8:00-16:00, in such a case the salary will be according to the working hours. • Previous experience in purchasing - mandatory • High level of English - mandatory • Basic proficiency in Excel • Basic knowledge in accounting • Familiarity with sap software - advantage • Ability to work independently • Initiative, responsibility, precision, and attention to detail
