Operations Supervisor for the Training Division

For a company in the field of extraction and rescue, an Operations Supervisor for the Training Division is required for a role including: • Routine planning and operation of the training system • Gantt chart management, coordination of dates, and scheduling of instructors and resources • Responsibility for the operation and preparation for training days – at the company's offices and at client sites • Routine work with instructors, heads of departments, clients, and suppliers • Trainee registration, document handling, and issuance of certificates

• The position is Sunday-Thursday, hours 8:00-17:00
• Work is at the company's offices at Wingate Institute

Experience in a similar role - mandatory Operational head, high level of order and organization Independence, service orientation, and the ability to work with many interfaces and tasks simultaneously. High level of English and technological orientation - mandatory.
