Controller EU-project
We are looking for an economist/controller with experience in EU-projects for a consulting assignment in Stockholm. You will be responsible for coordinating the reporting of EU-projects and developing routines and work processes related to EU-financing.
About the assignment You support managers and employees in matters concerning budget, follow-up, and reporting of EU-projects. You hold the reporting together and ensure that the departments driving the projects receive the controller support they need.
An important part of the assignment is to document and improve routines and working methods. If necessary, you will also contribute to other controller work involving the organization's budget, forecast, and follow-up.
Tasks • Coordinate and hold together the reporting of EU-projects. • Provide support to managers and employees regarding budget, follow-up, and financial reporting. • Ensure controller support to departments driving EU-projects. • Document and improve routines and work processes related to EU-projects and EU-financing. • If necessary, participate in other budget, forecast, and follow-up work.
Mandatory requirements • At least 4 years of experience in administration, follow-up, and reporting of EU-projects. • At least 4 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. • Proficiency in reading and writing simple reports in English.
Meritorious • Experience as a controller at government agencies, as a consultant or employee. • Experience working in Unit4 ERP (Agresso). • Project management experience.
Personal qualities You are proactive and have good collaborative skills.
