Jr. Process Engineer | Manufacturing | Advanced English

Job Objective To develop, optimize, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, participating in continuous improvement projects, data analysis, waste reduction, and the development of solutions that impact the safety, quality, productivity, and costs of the operation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize production processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects.
  • Perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
  • Implement improvements in equipment, materials, and processes.
  • Prepare and update work instructions and technical documentation.
  • Lead savings and productivity projects.
  • Develop proposals and implementation of investment projects (CAPEX).
  • Create designs and technical drawings using CAD/SolidWorks.
  • Participate in testing and validation of materials and components.
  • Work together with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to improve operational performance.

Requirements

  • Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
  • Advanced English (indispensable).
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in CAD and/or SolidWorks.
  • Experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Desirable experience with CNC, plastics, composite materials, or related manufacturing processes.
