HR & Site Administration Supervisor
Job Objective: Responsible for coordinating and administering Human Resources and Plant Administration activities, ensuring the correct functioning of personnel processes, payroll, recruitment, vendor administration, invoicing, legal and environmental compliance, as well as addressing client and operational requirements. The position will have constant interaction with employees, internal areas, vendors, clients, and corporate departments, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, metrics, and objectives established by the organization.
Profile Requirements
Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree / Engineering.
Work experience: 5 years of professional experience.
Industry experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing sector companies.
Languages: ADVANCED English.
Main Responsibilities
- Human Resources
- Administer the plant's Human Resources processes.
- Prepare and follow up on the annual HR budget.
- Manage personnel retention and stability.
- Perform recruitment and selection of direct, indirect, and administrative personnel.
- Post and manage personnel requisitions through authorized tools and platforms.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Follow up on candidates within the Human Resources portal.
- Manage the hiring of authorized personnel.
- Generate and maintain updated employee files.
- Process and archive personnel movements: terminations, salary changes, category/class changes, vacations, and medical leaves.
- Maintain strict control over the expiration of temporary contracts.
- Attend to and follow up on the needs of plant employees.
- Perform weekly reviews of information and requirements from corporate HR (HQ).
- Payroll and Personnel Administration
- Be responsible for the pre-payroll process and incident control.
- Ensure the correct preparation and payment of the pre-payroll.
- Verify the correct functioning of the payroll kiosk.
- Update work schedules annually.
- Administer and update authorized signatures.
- Coordinate and validate the swapping of working/pre-work days, ensuring corresponding agreement and compliance with workers.
- Perform daily follow-up on Human Resources metrics and ensure compliance with established indicators.
- Administration and Finance
- Monitor compliance with accounts payable.
- Follow up on vendor payments.
- Manage extraordinary payments, including indemnities and other authorized concepts.
- Review invoicing and follow up on its payment with the client.
- Maintain control and follow-up of administrative documentation.
- Legal Compliance, Safety, and Environment
- Monitor compliance with environmental permits and requirements.
- Coordinate with the Environment Manager on established control and follow-up programs.
- Prepare and manage required documentation related to occupational accidents and diseases.
- Follow up on commuting accidents and corresponding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to Human Resources and administration.
- Customs and Inventories
- Prepare the weekly report of merchandise received and delivered in Collectron Warehouse.
- Coordinate with the Customs Department the client's inventory movements necessary for the preparation of customs reports.
- Follow up on the process and expiration of pedimentos.
- Maintain constant communication with the involved areas to ensure compliance with customs and administrative requirements.
- Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Administer and follow up on assistance requests, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Follow up on results and findings derived from audits.
- Ensure that required responses and actions are addressed in a timely and proper manner, in accordance with quality procedures.
- Actively participate in production meetings with the client, providing proposals and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in special company projects according to operational needs.

Salary range: $35,000 Gross monthly plus statutory benefits.
