KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Consultation & Sales
- Attend to interior enquiries and conduct client meetings
- Present layout concepts, design materials, and customized proposals
- Prepare detailed quotations and close sales professionally
Project Management
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate schedules, timelines, and progress updates
- Manage smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
Site Supervision & Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular site visits
- Ensure design execution aligns with plans and standards
- Oversee project handover and completion documentation
