Your tasks
We are looking to integrate two electrical functional support engineer profiles with a good level of English for a project in the aeronautics sector.

Requirements
Experience in functional support for users, technical writing skills, a C1 level in English, and an orientation towards incident resolution are required. Experience in engineering environments, PLM, and knowledge of the SEE Electrical (IGE+XAO) suite are particularly sought after.

- Proven experience in user support and guidance, regarding both technical and functional aspects
- Excellent writing skills for creating procedures, user guides, and training materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and professional email communication
- English level allowing for effective written communication in an international context
- Strong sense of service and user satisfaction
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems with pragmatism and autonomy
