Description of the job As part of a permanent contract (CDI) recruitment, you will join the Sopra Steria Financial Services teams in Lille and work on structuring projects for banking and financial clients. As a Tech Lead .NET / C#, you play a central role in projects: technical steering, coordination of developments, quality assurance, and team support, while remaining involved in technical choices.
Your role and missions **As a Tech Lead .NET / C#, you are the technical referent for the project and work on high value-added missions:
- Coordination of development actions within the project
- Guaranteeing the design of solutions and challenging technical choices
- Guaranteeing code quality and compliance with development best practices
- Supporting the team in their skill development
- Validating the estimation of technical solutions, in line with the client's strategy
- Contributing to technological monitoring, innovation, and technical excellence efforts
- Providing your expertise during pre-sales phases and commercial actions, in support of business development
Technological environment:
- Back-end: C#, .NET 6 and +
- Front-end: Angular 12 and +
- API: SOAP / REST
- Dev & Quality: Git, CI/CD (depending on project context)
- Cloud & Run: Azure, Kubernetes
- Data: Oracle, PL/SQL
- Steering: Jira
- Agile Environment
Qualifications
- You have at least 7 years of experience in application development and have already held a role as a technical referent or Tech Lead.
- You master C#, .NET 6+ and Angular technologies as well as software development and design best practices.
- You are comfortable with the technical support of a team, code reviews, sharing best practices, and resolving complex issues.
- You move easily in Agile environments and ideally have experience with Cloud architectures and industrialization processes.
- Recognized for your analytical spirit, leadership, and sense of teamwork, you are proactive and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of projects.
- You have a professional level of English allowing you to communicate in an international context.
