The team Integrated into an Agile project team dedicated to the assurance sector, the Tech Lead operates within a multidisciplinary collective composed of developers, business analysts, and project managers. The team works on core business applications, with high functional and regulatory stakes. The position is part of a collaborative environment, with close management and regular exchanges with business and technical stakeholders.
Your tasks
Work environment The project context is oriented towards the digital transformation of insurance information systems, on long-term scopes. Projects are conducted using Agile methodology, with a strong requirement for quality, robustness, and maintainability. The Tech Lead works in close connection with technical teams, architects, and business interlocutors.
The mission As a Tech Lead Java Fullstack, the main missions are as follows:
- Coordination and management of development activities within the team
- Design and challenging of technical solutions in line with insurance business challenges
- Guaranteeing code quality and compliance with development best practices
- Supporting the team in its skill development
- Contribution to technical estimations and costing
- Participation in technological watch and continuous improvement processes
- Occasional contribution to pre-sales phases and commercial actions
The technological environment is primarily oriented towards Java / Angular, on modern and industrialized architectures.
Requirements
Technical skills
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Java development, with significant practice of fullstack Java / Angular
- Experience in a Tech Lead or technical referent role (coordination, management, technical validation)
- Good mastery of development best practices: code quality, maintainability, performance
- Ability to intervene on design topics, costing, and technical orientation
- Experience in an Agile environment
