Description of the job As part of a permanent contract (CDI) recruitment, you will join the Sopra Steria Services Financiers Lille teams and work on strategic Web projects for major clients in the banking and insurance sectors. Within our project squads, you will act as a Tech Lead Java / Angular on full stack subjects (back Java / front Angular), with a high requirement for quality, robustness, and delivery.
Your role and missions: As a Tech Lead, you are the technical support point for the team and actively contribute to development:
- Technical scoping, design, and Java / Angular development (full stack approach)
- Guaranteeing best practices (code quality, maintainability, performance)
- Leading code reviews and supporting the team (coaching, skill development)
- Contributing to architecture choices and continuous improvement
- Implementation / maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in connection with industrialization
- Participation in Agile ceremonies and technical steering of delivery
Technical stack: Frontend part: Angular 6/7+ or ReactJS or VueJS Backend part: Java 11+ on Spring framework (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring Web/Spring Data)
Qualifications
- You have at least 7 years of experience in application development, including significant experience as a technical referent or Tech Lead.
- You master Java and Angular technologies as well as design principles and software development best practices.
- You are comfortable with the technical support of teams, promoting best practices, code reviews, and resolving complex issues.
- You pay particular attention to software quality, testing, maintainability, and application performance.
- You know how to collaborate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders and evolve in Agile environments.
- Recognized for your leadership, analytical spirit, and sense of teamwork, you are proactive and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of projects.
- You have a fluent level of English allowing you to operate in an international context.
