The Team You will join Sopra Steria's Aeroline ATM agency, a major player in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) sector. The team collaborates with strategic clients such as DSNA (Direction des Services de la Navigation Aérienne) and Eurocontrol, an intergovernmental organization at the heart of air traffic coordination in Europe. You will join a community of architects engaged in the digital transformation of ATM systems, where knowledge sharing, capitalization, and skill development are at the heart of our daily lives.

Your tasks

You will operate in a stimulating technological context, marked by the modernization and digital transformation of ATM systems, particularly in the Midi-Pyrénées region. The projects you work on cover a wide spectrum:

• Cloud micro-services applications and web HMI,
• DevSecOps, craftsmanship and generative AI,
• Pseudo real-time operational systems.

You will contribute to the development of the agency's ATM software factory, by sharing your best practices and participating in internal initiatives.

The Mission As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of technical solutions on ATM projects for our clients (DSNA, Eurocontrol). Your responsibilities include:

• Participating in the design/definition of modern software architectures, integrating requirements for quality, eco-design, accessibility, security and safety;
• Designing/defining solutions in connection with the defined architecture;
• Justifying design choices to clients;
• Supporting and monitoring our development teams in the implementation of solutions;
• Contributing to the dissemination of development best practices within the agency.

Requirements

Key Technologies and Skills

• Mastery of N-tier architectures, distributed applications, cloud, micro-services, micro-frontends and agility,
• Skills in Java, C++, RUST, C#, Angular, React, Python ...
• COTS/cloud ready technologies,
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices (Craftsmanship, DDD, DevSecOps, ...),
• Experience in using artificial intelligence to enrich technical solutions, optimize performance or automate certain tasks (e.g.: predictive analysis, data processing, development assistance).

• Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent
• You enjoy teamwork and have significant experience (at least 3 years) as a Technical Lead (Tech Lead), ideally in critical or complex environments.
• You provide technical support to development teams by fostering collaboration and skill development.
• You perform regular technological monitoring and stay attentive to market evolutions, standards, and architectural practices.
• You are proactive in supporting clients in the transformation of their information systems, particularly within the framework of Go to Cloud processes.
• You master continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) principles, as well as associated tools.
• You are familiar with Agile methods, and know how to operate in iterative, collaborative, and value-oriented environments.
• A professional level of English is required to work on projects with an international dimension.
