Your tasks

Our projects follow an Agile SAFE approach and rely on a modern and high-performance technical stack, including:

• Backend: Java, Node.js, Python
• Frontend: Angular, CSS, GraphQL, TypeScript
• Databases: NoSQL
• Configuration management: Git
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (application development, service provisioning, AWS Lambda)

Your role and missions As a Full-Stack Technical Lead, you will play a key role in all phases of the project:

• Analysis and design:
• Participate in feature estimation (workload assessment, scoping).
• Define and plan the team's technical tasks.
• Perform in-depth technical analyses and design Proof of Concept (POC).
• Development and supervision:
• Supervise the development team and provide technical support.
• Guarantee code quality through regular reviews and the application of best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous performance improvement.
• Collaboration and leadership:
• Work in close collaboration with Developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
• Support the skill development of team members through mentoring and sharing sessions.
• Ensure technological monitoring and propose relevant technical evolutions.

Requirements

With an Engineering school background or a Master 2 in Computer Science or equivalent, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have good interpersonal skills, speak English, have a sense of service, and enjoy working in a team.
