Your tasks

Reporting to the Toulouse Business Agency Director and the Engineering Domain Manager, your main missions will be the supervision and support of a technical team, providing technical expertise in an Engineering-related field, business management, and participating in the agency's commercial development to contribute to its performance; the position is based in Colomiers.

Team Leader: You report to the Domain Engineering Manager.

You will also participate in achieving the financial objectives of the domain and the agency.

Team Management: recruiting, supporting people and skills development, managing the HR cycle (annual interviews, goal setting, salary reviews, annual bonus campaigns).

Technical Expertise: You will provide your technical skills for project scoping and team skill development.

Project Management: Project management, performance management, client relationship management, and operational management of the team. Ensuring deliveries in terms of quality and deadlines.

Participate in resource and skills management.

Business Development: Contribute to pre-sales activities, identify and convert new opportunities by providing technical solutions to customers.

Requirements

You have experience in people management and client relations

•You have skills in Engineering (process methods and tools profession)

•You have significant experience in industry,

•You demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills,

•You are a good listener and have the ability to unite a team
