Your tasks
You will collaborate internally with multidisciplinary teams (consultants, management, industrial management).
What if you joined our teams as an Intern to develop a multi-robot programming solution?
Within a team dedicated to the development, implementation, and use of digital solutions for the deployment of innovative robotic solutions for the aerospace industry, your mission will be to contribute to the development of a multi-robot programming tool, based on an existing framework, and enabling:
- Defining assembly missions for aeronautical structures during which several robots intervene simultaneously
- Defining robot trajectories to perform the missions while taking into account the environment (static) and the entire automated system (dynamic)
- Automatically redefining the tasks assigned to each robot and the associated trajectories in case of unforeseen events (e.g., robot failure)
- Simulating trajectories and communicating them to a simulation tool for the global system (ROS environment)
- Skill development on the software framework used (Humanoid Path Planner - LAAS) and existing developments
- Analysis and evaluation of technical bottlenecks, particularly related to the scheduling and replanning of operations, in the existing context
- Design and development/integration of architectures and solutions to overcome these bottlenecks
- Evaluation of the performance and limits of the proposed solutions, notably based on the size of the robot fleet
- Presentation and documentation of the tool developed internally and externally
Requirements

- Do you demonstrate curiosity, rigor, are you proactive, and do you have good interpersonal skills?
- Are you finishing your studies at a generalist/robotics engineering school or in a Master's in robotics or equivalent training, and are you looking for an end-of-study internship?
- Do you have skills in robotics and operational research?
- Have you studied ROS, Python development, and are you familiar with the Linux environment?
- Do you master English?
