Work Environment You will join the Energie & Télécoms team, a collective of 75 people passionate about optimizing business performance through the contributions of digital, data, and AI. We possess genuine know-how acquired for over 20 years with our accounts (Orange / Orange Business, Bouygues Telecom, Altice/SFR, TDF, ASN, OVH Cloud…) which we capitalize on and share within the Télécom Academy, our sectoral practice.

Your tasks
Within these teams, you will, for example, have the opportunity to engage in missions such as launching new telecom products, taking regulatory impacts into account, redesigning operational models following Lean principles, performance management, and the transformation of the French market related to the acquisition of SFR.
Your role and missions Joining Sopra Steria Next means contributing to high value-added missions such as:
- The scoping and implementation of digital and business transformation projects,
- Improving the operational and industrial performance of our clients,
- The optimization of business processes and the smoothing of customer journeys,
- Organizational transformation and the associated change management,
- The digital transformation of our clients' professions by imagining the uses of tomorrow (connected objects, digital twins, and predictive models…),
- The implementation of new working methods (agility, co-design, Lean-IT),
- The enhancement of our clients' data assets up to their exploitation by AI.
Requirements
