Your tasks

We are looking for: A Solution Architect specialized in the Data & Artificial Intelligence world

YOUR ROLE The resource will be responsible for designing Modern Architectures, developing and optimizing scalable and flexible Data Pipelines End To End, designing and implementing Solutions focused on the use of AI and GenAI. The focus will be mainly on Cloud Native Solutions, but general knowledge and skills are welcome.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design End to End, Cloud Native Architectures for Data management through the entire Life Cycle (Data Ingestion, Data Consolidation, Data Exposition).
• Design, develop, and maintain Cloud Native ETL and ELT Pipelines
• Design, develop, and design API-Driven & Event-Driven Solutions, both inbound and outbound.
• Design, develop, and manage ML/AI pipelines
• Design and implement Solutions based on the use of Agentic Components
• Optimize performance, costs, and reliability of Solutions, starting from the Design phase.
• Ensure Data Quality, Security, and Data Governance across all implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, BI, IT, Business), managing the Lead from a technical perspective
• Document Technical Solutions, actively contribute to Knowledge Sharing and the creation of a Technological Culture

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS (Must Have)

• Proven and lasting experience on Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Proven experience in Solutions and Services for Data Pipelines / Data Management / Data Analytics (e.g., Databricks, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift …).
• High knowledge of Python, both in the OOP context and Data Science (numpy, pandas, _polars_…).
• Excellent knowledge of the main Python Frameworks relevant in the global context (FastAPI, Pydantic, …) and in the Agentic context (PydanticAI, Google ADK, _FastMCP_…)
• Experience with Modern Data Formats (e.g., Parquet, Apache Iceberg ...).
• In-depth knowledge of Cloud Native and / or Open Source Concepts and Frameworks for Data management / Data Pipelines
• Excellent knowledge of GIT
• Solid DevOps / DevSecOps skills

Preferred SKILLS

• Experience with Data Governance and Data Catalog solutions (e.g., Databricks Unity Catalog, Open Metadata, …).
• MLOps skills.
• Knowledge of the main AI and GenerativeAI Frameworks of the various Hyperscalers (Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, AI Foundry, Databricks Mosaic AI).
• Knowledge of Frameworks and Solutions for Data Streaming / Event Driven Architectures (e.g., Kafka, PubSub …)
• Skills in Data Processing Pipelines, both Batch and Streaming (e.g., Apache Beam).
• Integration with Data Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Certifications on the main Cloud Providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) or data technologies.
• Solid knowledge of other Programming languages (e.g., NodeJS, GO, C#...)

REQUISITES and SOFT SKILLS required

• STEM / Computer Science Degree
• Typical experience: 4-5 years in Solution Architect and Solution Building / Data Engineering roles
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Strong Problem Solving attitude
• Proven Leadership skills, both technical and managerial
• Ability to work in a Team and to communicate with Stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong Operational Autonomy and Result Orientation, with strong attention to Quality
• Great flexibility and proactivity
