Within our Lille office, composed of 40 employees, you will be able to contribute to the growth of its activity in the Industry, Retail, or Finance sectors.

Your tasks

Your role and missions You support the business transformation of our clients in the Industries and Services or Financial Services sectors around various issues:

• The implementation of operational or digital strategic projects
• The design of business models or upstream IS (design of new usages/services, organizational design, business process re-engineering)
• Change management support and the deployment strategy for business and/or IS evolutions
• Highlighting data and improving customer experience
• CSR initiatives at scale
• Steering project and program transformation
• Change management at scale
• Leading business or IS transformation
• Supporting IT strategies: IS governance and management, revision of master plans, and IT department organizational consulting

As part of your operational interventions and within the framework of the firm's internal development:

• You are a major player in selling high-stakes missions and participate in increasing the firm's value
• You supervise consultants within the framework of a mission or an internal firm project (working group, training...)
• You actively contribute to our practice's publication policy (writing articles, studies, press releases...)

Requirements

Are you curious, motivated by human and technological transformations? Do you want to learn continuously in contact with our teams, to be confronted with new clients / contexts and varied issues?

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the consulting sector with a cross-functional background in companies,
• You are a graduate of a major generalist Engineering school, University, business school, or equivalent training,
• You have significant experience in the consulting sector.
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken,
• You have undeniable management experience,
• You have proven experience in Retail where you have led and participated in large-scale projects,
• You have an appetite for business development,
• You wish to put your skills, creativity, and energy at the service of our clients and our growing brand,
• Passionate, committed, and endowed with a pioneering spirit, your sense of collective and individual responsibility is unquestionable.
