Your tasks

• Digital transformation

You actively contribute to the development of the office, commercial growth, the upskilling of teams, and the influence of Sopra Steria Next in the region.

You support our clients in the definition and implementation of their strategic transformations.

In this capacity, you will be required to

• Advise executives and business management
• Structure and lead complex transformation missions
• Design operational models and transformation trajectories
• Supervise teams and guarantee delivery quality
• Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Participate in pre-sales processes and responses to calls for tender
• Develop the firm's offerings
• Supervise and advance consultants and managers
• Contribute to the recruitment dynamic and the development of the office

For Senior Managers, the role extends to directing strategic programs, significant business development, managing key accounts, and animating high-level client ecosystems.

Requirements

Your profile A graduate of a major engineering or business school, or a university degree at the Master's level (Bac+5), you have proven experience in consulting or organizational transformation.

Sector expertise is expected For Manager and Senior Manager positions, we are looking for candidates with recognized expertise in at least one of the office's priority sectors.

This expertise must allow you to understand the sector's challenges, its players, its economic models, its major transformations, and the issues faced by its decision-makers.

Manager You typically have more than 5 years of experience and have already led missions, supervised teams, and participated in business development.

You typically have more than 10 years of experience and have proven experience in directing complex programs, team management, business development, and relationships with high-level executives.
