You will collaborate internally with multidisciplinary teams (consultants, management, industrial management) to support our major industrial accounts.
What if you joined our teams as a Project Manager Team Manager?
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of coordinators / Project Managers and participating in the development of the agency.
- Managing projects, including financial/budgetary management and client relations for deployment and support projects of PLM software (Dassault Systèmes, Siemens, PTC) for our major industrial clients (Aerospace, Energy, Transport, etc.)
Your missions:
Your missions will notably revolve around the following subjects:
Hierarchically managing a team of 10 to 15 people
- Ensuring the performance monitoring of your team (annual interviews, definition of objectives, salary reviews, annual bonus campaigns)
- Supporting the skill development of your team (training, definition of collective and individual professional paths)
- Organizing and implementing regular team meetings to disseminate information from top to bottom and bottom to top
- Acting as the guarantor of the company's strategy and vision to the team
- Coordinating recruitment activities for the relevant scope
- Defining and building the team strategy in connection with that of the agency
Contributing to the business development of the agency
- Participating in the identification of new opportunities
- Leading and/or participating in responses to calls for tenders
Managing projects
- Ensuring the link and client satisfaction
- Ensuring the production of deliverables on time and with quality
- Ensuring project profitability and continuity

Qualifications
Let's talk about you:
- You have proven experience in team management,
- Are you attentive to people and do you have the ability to unite a team and give meaning?
- Have you managed IT deployment projects around PLM solutions on the market?
- Do you have knowledge of industrial processes - Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Services - addressed by PLM solutions?
- Do you ideally master a PLM solution on the market - 3DEXPERIENCE, TEAMCENTER, WINDCHILL, ARAS?
- Do you demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills with a spirit of anticipation, rigor, synthesis, and organizational abilities?
- Do you master English?
- Do you have a Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent training, & have at least 5 years of experience in PLM.
