Within the Digital Platform Services entity, you will join more than 20 experienced consultants (Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors) and experts in France, as well as the Sopra Steria Consulting community.

Our multidisciplinary, cohesive, and dynamic team transforms IT professions and user services. It proposes pragmatic trajectories for AI integration.

We support clients in making their IT department a factor of differentiation and an accelerator of digital transformation.

Your tasks

We are looking for a Digital Workplace Manager, Senior Manager, or Director to lead our consulting missions and integration projects for our clients.

You will become an actor in this transformation through large-scale Digital Workplace projects.

Strategy and solutions

• You support clients from strategic thinking through to the implementation of their Digital Workplace offering, including AI, processes, and commissioning.
• You advise them on their functional and technical choices, particularly on trust (BLEU) or sovereignty topics (Sopra Steria Sovereign Digital Suite).

Processes and adoption

• You develop and optimize functional processes in line with the best practices of the chosen collaborative platform.
• You evaluate their maturity and identify operational efficiency gains, particularly regarding Digital Workplace adoption.
• You design technical and functional solutions in compliance with best practices.

Within Modern Workplace

• You support project teams in the design and integration of new technical infrastructure solutions.
• You facilitate client workshops and lead the actions necessary to ensure compliance with Digital Workplace recommendations.
• You may also intervene in the optimization of augmented contact centers.

In conclusion, you…

• Secure Digital Workplace missions: upstream consulting, operational consulting, and change management.
• Participate in the construction of new Modern Workplace consulting offerings.
• Support the business development of strategic accounts.
• Work in close collaboration with the sales team during prospecting meetings and pre-sales.

Requirements

Your profile A graduate of an engineering school or an equivalent curriculum, you have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

You have a results-oriented culture and know how to win client trust.

Your sense of service, your ability to adapt, and your aptitude for teamwork are assets for success.

Passionate about new technologies, you are a proactive proposer in technological solution implementation projects.

You possess writing skills, a good analytical mind, and master written and spoken English.
