Job Description Within a Human Resources management project setup, the Technical Leader intervenes on a Pega platform with high stakes in robustness, security, and compliance. The project, based in Tours, is part of a structured environment, with a high level of technical standards. The Technical Leader is the referent for the agile team for which they have technical responsibility. Their role is to provide their Pega expertise to the project, ensure application quality, project delivery, as well as ensure the skill development and support of junior developers.
Missions Within a project setup for a client in the Defense & Security sector:
- Ensure the technical lead on the Pega solution as a Senior System Architect
- Design and guarantee the Pega application architecture in coherence with client requirements
- Lead, supervise, and technically advance the Pega development team
- Perform and validate complex developments
- Guarantee the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of the solution
- Ensure environment monitoring
- Define and enforce Pega development and architecture standards
- Participate in technical and architectural reviews
- Master the delivery of application packages and the delivery chain
- Contribute to the estimation of User Stories and technical batches
- Be the preferred technical interlocutor for Product Owners and project teams
- Participate in the active life of the SCRUM team as well as the agile instances of the project
Technical Skills
- Advanced mastery of Pega Infinity
- Mastery of different portals (App studio and Dev studio)
- Senior System Architect expertise
- Solid understanding of Pega Guardrails & Pega Best Practices
- Design and implementation of complex Pega solutions
- Complex integrations with third-party systems (API REST/SOAP)
- Recent or confirmed experience on Pega Constellation
- Pega Diagnostic Cloud
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 3-5 years of experience on Pega.
- You demonstrate confirmed experience as a technical leader / Senior System Architect on projects with high security and reliability stakes.
