Job Description
As a senior developer, experienced tech lead, or architect, you design applications, participate in their implementation and deployment in the production environment, and intervene in all phases of realization:
- Perform technical studies (creation of POC, solution benchmarking, etc.);
- Participate in functional and technical design phases;
- Develop features, accompanied by unit tests, and guarantee code quality via code reviews and qualimetry tools;
- Participate in setting up the continuous integration and continuous delivery environment;
- Intervene in performance audits, technical reviews, and security reviews on various projects;
- Share your expertise by supporting and helping other employees increase their skills (mentoring, training, technical support);
- Take part in software architecture work/reflection;
- Ensure the evolutionary maintenance of applications.
Depending on the projects, you will evolve in a modern and varied ecosystem, including notably: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (Express), Angular, React, Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), and many other technologies.
The missions are evolving and adapt both to project needs and to your desires for learning and professional growth.
Join the Sopra Steria teams within the Aeroline vertical, working on key applications for our clients, major players in the aeronautics and defense sectors.
Integrated into a multidisciplinary project team of 5 to 10 people, under the responsibility of a project manager, you will evolve in an international environment that is rich and complex both technically and functionally in connection with our clients' industrial challenges.
Qualifications
You are rigorous, autonomous, and enjoy working in a team. You demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills. Your sense of service, creativity, and methodical spirit will open possibilities for evolution towards project management or technical expertise.
A good command of English is necessary.
A graduate of an Engineering School, University Master 2, or equivalent training, you have at least 8 years of experience, including 3 years as a lead.
