Your tasks

The DATA specialty consulting, a transverse entity of the France pole, is at the heart of supporting and transforming the Data / IA of our clients.

Convinced that Data is the engine of an evolving and sustainable industrial foundation, built to meet business challenges, we work across the entire chain to bring value to our clients at all levels (business, IT, CxO…) in connection with our consulting and delivery teams.

This pole brings together technological and methodological expertise across the entire Data value chain: from transformation strategy to the implementation of daily IA use cases, including governance and Data Cloud and on-premise architectures.

• Development of optimized architectures integrating the IDMC Data platform
• Design and implementation of data ingestions on IDMC
• Implementation of transformations and data valuation on IDMC
• Participation in client design and consulting workshops
• Scoping/Pre-sales:
• Understanding an RFP
• Development of a technical response (functional, technical, and software architecture)
• Supporting in front of a techno/functional audience
• Analytical capacity to identify client needs in order to:
• Propose adapted technical solutions
• Avoid redundancy if tools already exist
• Challenge client ideas to lead them toward "Data Management" best practices

Following your start in the position, you will be required to perform development team management and participate in the delivery of the solution.

Requirements

With a Master's degree (engineer from Grandes Écoles or universities), you have at least five years of experience in a Data Lead tech position with solid skills in Informatica.

You have an appetite for data management in the broad sense and an adaptability that allows you to move from one project to another. In a context of continuous improvement, perfection comes through training/certification; you will be challenged in your career through obtaining certifications.

Passing skills/knowledge to teams is a key element of which you must be the driver.

• Advanced technical knowledge in the Cloud Data Integration part of Informatica from the IDMC platform
• Complementary knowledge of the rest of the IDMC platform is a real plus: API management, MDM, Data Quality…
• Knowledge of the on-prem Informatica part via Power Center
• The "Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Modernization" certification is a real plus
• Knowledge of the global technical components of the IS are a real plus: Datalake, datawarehouse, MDM, other intermediation tools (ETL, ESB, API management,…)
• Knowledge of methodology and tools around Devops in a Data context

Do you have a particular sensitivity to broader Data topics (data quality, master data, governance, business processes)? This will be a true asset for you to adapt to the different projects you will be in charge of.

Comfortable with public speaking will allow you to present and facilitate workshops and meetings around architecture solutions.

Finally, you have a B2 level of English, which is necessary to address our clients abroad.

Work Environment As an Informatica Data Lead tech, you will join our Data tribe, to intervene with various clients in diverse business sectors (Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, Telecom, Media, Gaming, Industry and Services) across the French territory. We intervene in support of delivery teams, during the prospecting, pre-sales, and project realization phases.
