M&A/Corporate Lawyer (M/F)

Job Description
Alongside the M&A and Corporate Law Manager and two current lawyers, you will specifically work on the following topics:
- Ensure the legal follow-up and day-to-day management of a portfolio of Group companies, in France and internationally, in coordination with local legal teams and external counsel;
- Prepare and follow up on all operations relating to corporate law: approval of accounts, renewal and follow-up of corporate mandates;
- Participate in the Group's external growth and Corporate Venture operations;
- Conduct legal monitoring on legislative and regulatory developments impacting corporate law, M&A operations, and corporate governance.
As part of these missions, you will work in close collaboration with the various Group departments (Finance, Tax, Treasury, Management Control, Operational Departments, local legal teams, etc.) as well as with external counsel. You will evolve in a stimulating international environment, offering strong exposure to corporate law, governance, and M&A issues.
Qualifications
Holder of a postgraduate degree or higher, specialized in business law/corporate law/taxation (Master 2, DJCE) with a minimum of five years of experience in corporate law within a legal department and/or business law firms.
Rigorous, you have a strong analytical and synthesis spirit and know how to work autonomously. Furthermore, you are proactive and demonstrate listening skills, availability, open-mindedness, and adaptability, allowing you to carry out your missions in France and abroad.
You also possess good interpersonal skills, and you rely on solid technical knowledge, particularly in taxation, and real writing skills. Proficiency in English is indispensable for the position. Knowledge of other foreign languages will be appreciated.
