Your tasks

You will be responsible for leading the IT Change Management process, ensuring that all modifications to systems and infrastructures are analyzed, planned, approved, and executed, minimizing risks and impacts on the business.

You will work closely with Infrastructure, Applications, Operations, DevOps teams, and providers to ensure effective change management, driving quality, traceability, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Change Management within IT environments.
• ITIL Foundation v4 certification or higher.
• Experience participating in and coordinating CABs and change approval processes.
• Experience in developing metrics, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
• Demonstrable experience in automations using Power Automate.
• English level B2 or higher.
