Your tasks

The opportunity to seize!

Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you will be led to evolve within internal Sopra Steria teams in Managed Services type assignments where you are directly integrated into client teams.

Your role and missions

• You supervise data flows
• You guarantee the proper functioning of automatic data processing
• You monitor and optimize the performance of batch and real-time processing
• You manage schedulers (IWS):
• You administer and configure scheduling tools
• You manage execution schedules and ensure recovery in case of failure
• You automate processing chains by optimizing dependencies
• Operations and supervision:
• You implement alerts and monitoring mechanisms to anticipate incidents
• You analyze logs and resolve incidents related to data flows
• Optimization and continuous improvement:
• You analyze job performance and propose optimizations.
• You automate certain tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• You collaborate with technical teams: Data Engineering, DevOps, and Production to ensure the fluidity of operations.
• You participate in the improvement of data management processes and flow processing.

Requirements

Your technical environment may consist of

• Environments: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Supervision and Automation: Nagios, Ansible, Puppet
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server
• Computer networks: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN
• System environment: Linux and Windows

Your profile Your organizational skills, your sense of customer service, your reactivity, your ability to resolve incidents, and your capacity for teamwork are all assets for succeeding in this mission. You have a good command of English (written, oral).

You are also proactive and possess strong communication skills.

You master the IWS / TWS scheduler.

A graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent, do you already have significant experience of at least 2 years in a similar role? Then, this position is made for you!
