Sopra Steria Infrastructure & Security Services is the Sopra Steria subsidiary dedicated to infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity activities. It is a key player in Sopra Steria's end-to-end offering. With its 3,000 employees, Sopra Steria I2S distinguishes itself through the flexibility of its delivery model, which combines client proximity through our 8 agencies with the advanced industrial capabilities of our offshore service centers.

Within the Digital Platform Services entity, you will join the Consulting and Solutions team, which represents more than 20 Experienced Consultants (Manager, Senior Manager, and Director) & Experts in France.

Consulting and Solutions is also a multidisciplinary, cohesive, and dynamic team that transforms IT roles and the services provided by IT to users. This team is committed to proposing pragmatic trajectories for integrating AI into these activities. The teams support clients in making their IT departments a differentiator and an accelerator of digital transformation. You wish to become an actor in this transformation through large-scale Digital Workplace projects.

Your tasks

As Head Of Product Modern Workplace, you will ensure the business development of Modern Workplace solutions across Consulting, Architecture, and implementation activities.

To develop the business, your mission for 50% of your time will be:

• You build and update the Modern Workplace offering
• You promote the offering to the sales forces and clients
• You support the sales forces in defining their commercial action plan for key accounts and addressing partners accordingly.
• You participate in the evolution of the Digital Workplace community in relation to the community manager.

In addition, you will intervene in pre-sales and in consulting or project management missions.

Concretely, what will your daily life be like?

• You support clients from strategic reflections, through the implementation of their Digital Workplace service offering including AI solutions, to the implementation of processes and their commissioning.
• You develop and optimize functional processes, in alignment with the best practices of the collaborative platform chosen by the client.
• You support clients in their functional and technical choices regarding various Digital Workplace solutions, particularly regarding Trust (BLEU) or sovereignty issues (Sopra Steria Sovereign Digital Suite).
• You optimize processes, evaluate their maturity, and identify operational efficiency gains, particularly regarding Digital Workplace adoption.
• You design technical and functional solutions while respecting best practices.

You will intervene within the Modern Workplace team

• You support project teams in design and integrate new technical infrastructure solutions.
• You facilitate client workshops and lead actions to comply with Digital Workplace recommendations.
• You may intervene on topics of optimizing augmented contact centers.

In conclusion, you

• Secure Digital Workplace missions (Upstream Consulting, Operational Consulting, and Change Management Consulting)
• Participate in the construction of new Modern Workplace Consulting offerings
• Support the commercial development of strategic accounts.
• Work in close collaboration with the Sales team to participate in prospecting meetings or pre-sales.

Requirements

What characterizes you most A graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent curriculum with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you have a results-oriented culture and know how to win client trust.

Your sense of customer service, your ability to adapt, and your teamwork skills are all assets for succeeding in this mission.

You are passionate about new technologies.

You are also proactive in implementing technological solution projects.

You possess strong writing skills and a good analytical mind.

You are proficient in written and spoken English.
