The world is how we shape it Job Description Based at the sites in Toulon, Aix-en-Provence, Lyon, Toulouse, or Paris, the Business Line Solutions & Expertises is looking for Functional Business Experts to strengthen its EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) expertise hub and support our clients facing today's and tomorrow's challenges (Information System transformation & Innovation - Maintenance 5.0), in the integration, deployment & support of their software in close relationship with our publishing partners (IBM, HEXAGON, CARL Software, ...). You will work within an environment that values expertise and digital transformation (IoT, AI and data) across various business contexts: Defense, Transport, Energy, Public Sector, Local Authorities, etc. Your role and missions:

  • Frame and define Business strategies (understanding operational challenges, facilitating workshops with Business users and participating in strategic reflections, ...)
  • Map the existing state (processes, data, roles) and define the operational target (processes, asset management, interventions, stocks, purchasing, planning)
  • Participate in the construction of the Client roadmap (priorities, quick wins, governance, KPI, ...)
  • Design innovative solutions in compliance with the product standard (studies/framing, design, documentation, test cases)
  • Train key users/business users in change management (support)
  • Integrate into a process of monitoring and innovation (Maintenance 5.0, IoT, AI and Cloud).

Expected skills:

  • Definition of maintenance strategies (understanding challenges, process mapping, identification of improvements)
  • EAM/CMMS process modeling (asset management, interventions, stocks/purchasing, HSE)
  • Writing specifications & conducting business workshops
  • Technical environment:

* Solutions: IBM Maximo Application Suite, Infor EAM, Carl Source. * Associated technologies: IoT, predictive AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS), ERP (SAP, Oracle). * Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, ITIL for service management.

Qualifications

  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • You are proactive and speak English fluently.
  • Graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent with an orientation in Computer Science, you have at least 5 years of experience on software solution integration projects in the maintenance field (EAM/CMMS) and significant experience in the maintenance business (framing, multi-site deployment, change management).
  • Tools: mastery of at least one solution (IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, Carl Source) and its modules.
