You will join the Sopra Steria company within the Infrastructure & Cloud Services entity, with a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.

Your tasks

Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you will be led to evolve within Sopra Steria internal teams in Managed Services type provisions or you will be directly integrated into client teams. You will be supported by a dynamic team that will make you actively participate in the project as a whole.

As a Dynatrace Technical Expert, you will

• Implement, configure, and optimize the Dynatrace platform
• Use and exploit Grail and Business Events modules
• Diagnose and resolve performance incidents
• Analyze data and produce technical recommendations
• Support business teams in using dashboards and alerts
• Participate in technical workshops and follow-up committees
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of observability practices

Requirements

Technical skills

• Advanced expertise in Dynatrace (configuration, analysis, troubleshooting)
• Confirmed mastery of Dynatrace Grail
• Confirmed mastery of Dynatrace Business Events
• Understanding of distributed architectures, observability, application performance
• Ability to analyze complex incidents and propose optimizations

A graduate with a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering school or equivalent, you already have significant experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.

Your English level is operational.

You are autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic You also have a good sense of service and client relations
