Your tasks

Within our Data Hub dedicated to financial services and alongside the Data offer manager, you will take responsibility for building and growing a high-value-added Databricks services offering. You will have a wide field of initiative to define the strategy, assert its commercial positioning, support the first emblematic achievements, and progressively build your collective of experts. You will operate at the intersection of strategic vision, technological excellence, business development, and delivery.

Your objective: to make Sopra Steria a trusted partner for designing, modernizing, and industrializing our clients' critical Data & IA platforms.

What you will build

• Define the Databricks offering: positioning, value propositions, packaged offers, methods, accelerators, and delivery models.

• Develop the offering's market presence: support our clients in their strategic choices, qualify opportunities, build commercial proposals, and represent Sopra Steria at Data & IA events.

• Design reference architectures: lakehouse, data engineering, governance, analytics, machine learning, and generative IA, with constant attention to security, performance, and cost control.

• Secure the first achievements: frame trajectories, challenge choices, support teams, and guarantee quality through to industrialization.

• Unify a Databricks community: identify and recruit talent, advance teams, structure certification paths, and disseminate best practices.

• Drive the ecosystem: develop a close relationship with Databricks and our Cloud partners, capitalize on feedback, and promote co-innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the design and industrialization of modern Data platforms, with in-depth expertise in Databricks.

• Mastery of lakehouse architectures, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Spark, as well as one of the main Cloud environments.

• The ability to communicate as effectively with a COMEX, a business management team, or a DSI as with engineering teams.
• You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
• You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or a university curriculum and have more than 10 years of professional experience.
