Job Description As part of a permanent contract (CDI) recruitment, you will join the Sopra Steria Financial Services teams in Lille and work with major clients in the banking and financial sector, on high business-value projects. You will be integrated long-term into an Agile project team and actively contribute to the design, development, and evolution of sustainable digital solutions, in Build & Run mode. You will bring your technical expertise to structuring topics, while maintaining strong involvement in development.

Your role and missions: As a Senior C#.NET Developer, you will intervene across the entire development cycle and play a driving role within the team:

• Active participation in design workshops with business users and challenging solutions
• Contribution to the validation and estimation of User Stories
• .NET (C#) Back-end and Angular Front-end development
• Carrying out the technical integration of developments
• Guaranteeing code quality, optimization, and participating in code reviews
• Implementation of tests and contribution to deployments
• Participation in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Contribution to collective skill development and technological monitoring

Technological environment:

• Back-end: .NET 6+ / .NET Core, C#
• Front-end: Angular 12+
• API: REST / SOAP
• Tools: Git, Azure, Kubernetes, Jira
• Data: Oracle, PL/SQL
• Framework: Agile environment, CI/CD

Qualifications With a higher education degree in computer science, you have at least 5 years of experience in application development (excluding apprenticeships). You master .NET (6+ / Core) and Angular technologies and work with ease on application evolution and maintenance projects. You apply software design and development best practices (SOLID, design patterns, code quality). Software quality, unit testing, and application maintainability are among your priorities. You are capable of analyzing and handling complex technical issues. You enjoy teamwork and know how to be proactive on technical topics. Knowledge of the Financial Services sector is an asset. Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, or more broadly in Cloud environments would be appreciated. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
