Job Description The rAIse and CSR teams invite you to join them in promoting frugal artificial intelligence. Thus, the rAIse program, directly driven by the group's general management, defines and implements the group's AI strategy. It brings together more than 150 people from all countries and verticals. It is structured around three main mission axes:

• Transformation of our professions through artificial intelligence
• Federation of AI practices across the group's different countries and verticals
• Technological monitoring and incubation of AI assets on the group's cross-functional topics.

The corporate responsibility team of the France Hub is specifically dedicated to deploying the most responsible practices within our projects, with frugal AI as a priority target. By joining Sopra Steria in this context, you will have the opportunity to both work on the most cutting-edge topics in terms of frugal artificial intelligence and promote them to our clients.

Your role and missions: Contribute to the technical work carried out regarding sustainable AI within SSG and capitalize on our initiatives to work with our clients on sustainable AI trajectories, notably around:

• Impact assessment (measurement and estimation)
• Implementation of good eco-design practices for AI,
• Rational use of AI and the use of AI to serve the transition of our clients' business models (projects with impact ROI).

Major 2026 objectives:

• Active contribution to the definition and implementation of our frugal and sustainable AI (Sustainable AI) strategy, by participating in the development of innovative models and concrete use cases.
• Definition of our sustainAI offer
• Interaction with the sustainable digital ecosystem on the subject of AI and support for the integration of sustain AI expertise into ongoing deals
• Client presentations (and support for the start of missions) regarding our strategy and our sustainable AI assets (France and Europe)

Qualifications A graduate of an engineering or business school, you are above all passionate about the technical challenges posed by AI, with a desire for popularization and a sense of results. You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. You navigate naturally in the AI universe—whether you are a seasoned user or a true expert—and you perceive all its potential. Committed to environmental issues, you understand the ecological challenges that are redefining today's economy, and more particularly the digital world. Fluent English is essential to evolve in an international environment.
