EAM/GMAO Consultant - Sopra Steria - Toulouse (M/F)

Based in Toulouse, Lyon, or Paris, the Solutions et Expertises Business Line is looking for Techno-functional Consultants to strengthen its EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) expertise hub to support our clients facing their challenges of today and tomorrow (Information System transformation & Innovation - Maintenance 5.0), and the integration, deployment & support of their software packages in close relationship with our publishing partners (IBM, HEXAGON, CARL Software, ...).

You will intervene within a project team at our clients, or on our sites in back-office, in various business contexts: Aeronautics, Transport, Energy, Defense and Security, Retail, Public Sector, etc.

Responsibilities: Coordinate technical activities for all aspects of the project, vis-à-vis the client, project management, or functional actors, in connection with project architects Lead and supervise a realization team (work organization, workload management) and technical communities Participate in architecture & technical activities (studies, design, documentation, testing), Integrate into an industrial approach and implement best practices for design, development, and configuration management with your team Transfer your expertise to more junior consultants Environments and tools

Solutions: IBM Maximo Application Suite, Infor EAM, Carl Source. Associated technologies: IoT, predictive AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS), ERP (SAP, Oracle). Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, ITIL for service management.

Experience: Minimum 1 year on software package integration projects in the field of maintenance (EAM/GMAO)

Skills: Mastery of EAM/GMAO solutions (IBM Maximo, Carl Software, Infor EAM). Knowledge of databases (SQL, ORACLE), REST APIs, ERP integration. Soft skills: Autonomy, customer service orientation, ability to lead teams, fluent English.

Bac+5 (Engineer or Master's) in computer science, industrial maintenance, or equivalent
