Your tasks

Within the SAP Business line, as a functional consultant, your missions will be to:

• Actively participate in migrations to SAP S/4HANA, by implementing advanced functionalities and best practices,
• Lead design workshops and analyze client needs,
• Design SAP solutions according to specific client needs, taking into account sectoral evolutions and market trends,
• Be a key player in change management, by providing continuous training to end users and ensuring successful adoption of new solutions,
• Supervise and lead a project team,
• Ensure technological monitoring

In addition, you may be required to intervene on cross-functional topics, around innovation, organizing training/skill development/knowledge sharing within our SAP community, certifications, or any theme that inspires you.

Requirements

You have proven experience in migration to SAP S/4HANA

• You demonstrate advanced skills in SAP customizing and a capacity to personalize solutions according to client needs
• You possess excellent communication skills, a capacity to work in a team and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• You actively seek training and certifications to maintain your expertise at the forefront of the SAP field
• As part of our projects of international dimension and culture, professional English level required
• Graduated from an Engineering school, business school or equivalent with an orientation in IT/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain or Finance, you justify significant experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with expertise in at least one specific module (for example, MM, SD, FI, etc.).
