Junior or Senior Consultant - Financial Services (M/F)

Job Description

Experiencing strong growth, the Financial Services vertical of Sopra Steria Next currently has more than 400 employees in France and internationally (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Asia Pacific...) and brings together expertise in both Markets (Retail Banking, Insurance, CIB, Asset Management, Private Banking) and Business areas (Finance, Risks, Compliance, Data). These cross-functional expertises ensure a complete offering to support the entire transformation value chain for our clients: project management, scoping, implementation, transition, change ....

You will support the main market players around four strategic transformation axes: TOM & Organization / Regulatory / Business Expertise / Processes, IS & Data. In this capacity, you will intervene at the Group and subsidiary levels, working with General Management, Business, Transformation, and IT Directorates, on complex, high-value-added programs, serving the ambitions of Corporate functions.

Qualifications

Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in Finance, Financial Services, or Consulting.

Experience in a consulting firm.

Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally Finance/Risk solutions (SAP, OneStream, Moody's, RiskPro.).

Analytical capacity, rigor, and attention to detail, with good communication and teamwork skills.

Professional English (spoken and written).
