Your future working environment
Within the Lille office of Sopra Steria Next, you will join a team of consultants who support private and public actors in the region in their strategic, organizational, digital, and human transformations:
- Digital transformation
- Change management
- Operational performance
- Data & Artificial Intelligence
We primarily intervene in these business sectors:
- Retail
- Industry
- Banking & Insurance
- Public Services

Your missions
Depending on your experience, your interests, and the missions assigned, you will be required to:
- Perform business, organizational, or operational diagnostics and analyses
- Contribute to the definition of transformation strategies and roadmaps
- Define business needs and formalize target processes
- Design and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
- Produce decision-making and steering deliverables
- Support the implementation of transformations
- Contribute to change management, communication, and training
- Participate in the steering of projects and programs
- Participate in the development of the Lille office: responding to calls for tender, capitalization, and community animation
For Senior Consultants, increased autonomy is expected in steering work, supervising consultants, and client relations.
Qualifications
Your profile
A graduate of a major engineering or business school, or a university degree at the Master's level (Bac+5), you wish to support the transformations of organizations in a demanding and stimulating consulting environment.
Consultant
You are a recent graduate or have initial experience acquired in a consulting firm, a company, through work-study, or a significant internship.
Senior Consultant
You have several years of experience in consulting or transformation and have already led work autonomously with clients or business teams.
In both cases
You stand out by:
- Your capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Your intellectual curiosity and critical thinking
- Your interpersonal skills
- Your sense of teamwork
- Your ability to structure and formalize recommendations
- Your taste for solving complex problems
- Your proficiency in professional English
Initial experience in one of our intervention sectors is an asset.
